Gearing for spring mountain trails biking
If your like me, your already thinking about the spring mountain trails biking. Some how I managed to get side tracked at the end of 2008 and my riding schedule evaporated. Well, it's time to reverse that trend. You know the routine, right. If you can make it to the trails two times in a week and you can do it 2 weeks in a row then you’re on a habit forming trend. I'm dying to get back on the trail, it's such an escape and great exercise.
